Who Are We?
The mission of the World Apostolate of Fatima is the "New Evangelisation" advocated by the Holy Father, John Paul II, through the promotion of the Message of Fatima. Our Lady of Fatima asked for prayer and penance in reparation for sins and for the conversion of sinners, leading to amendment of life. She asked for a more genuine devotion to the Eucharist, devotion to the Rosary and for consecration to Her Immaculate Heart.
The urgent necessity for a response to this Message, and for the active promotion of it, in the interest of salvation of souls, and of peace, is by God's grace the moving force behind the spread of the World Apostolate of Fatima throughout the world.
"Fatima, in its message and its blessing, is conversion to God." - Pope John Paul II, May 12 th, 1991, at Fatima.
Thus, the World Apostolate of Fatima promotes:
The authentic teaching of the Catholic Church and the strict adherence to the tenets of the Gospel;
- The personal sanctification of adherents through faithful adherence to the message of Fatima;
- The common good by the spreading of the message of Fatima
- The Pledge given by each member of the World Apostolate of Fatima
The mission of the World Apostolate of Fatima is therefore to make known and lived the Message of Our Lady of Fatima throughout the world.
